following terms and conditions of sales are applying to all orders
made through www.bouscauvintage.com Internet
website as well as orders made by telephone, fax, e-mail or post
mail.
Bouscau Vintage reserves himself the possibility to adapt or modify
at every moment the following terms and conditions of sale. In case
of modifications, it will be apply to every order the terms of sale
in force the day of the order.

OUR
OFFER |

All
products, services, clauses of delivery, with the prices in Euros
(€) are available in all served countries (mentioned in the delivery
chapter ), while stocks last. All products sale are described with
the highest accuracy. Even so we took all these cautions, some mistakes
can still be in the descriptions, prices or quantities. In this case
Bouscau Vintage couldn’t be pursuing in this fact and could also
cancel the order if we cannot fully satisfy our client. The pictures
and images representing the product have only an information value
considering the otherness created by the retranscription on the website. |

All order form click-signed by the customer
settle a irrevocable acceptance which questionned only in the
limits settled by the following terms of sale. The click associated
to the authentication procedure constitute settle the electronic
signature. This electronic signature between the parts has the
same value as a handwritten signature. |

PRICES |
| |
|
All
prices are displayed in Euros (€).They are indicated with tax included.
Taxes, especially French VAT (19,6%) is added to all delivery done
within the EU 27. In a case of a delivery outside the EU, the billing
will be done excluding VAT. All taxes which could be asked as soon
as the goods will enter the destination country (local VAT, luxous
taxes, customs taxes...) are not included in tre price of the site
and could only be claimed to the recipient. Contact us for more

Billing:
A detailed bill will be provided with the delivery of your order. All bills will
be issued in Euros (€).
All bank payments will be made in Euros (€). |

DELIVERY
COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES |

Delivery
costs:
Delivery costs vary according to the delivery destination. They do not vary depending
on weight and number of articles. We will offer free delivery in Europe for any
order reaching 300 € including tax or more.

Delivery times for each country:
The products will be sent within 2 days and should be delivered within
4 to 7 working days in Europe and within 6 to 10 working days in
United States, Russia, China and Japan and other countries.
These delivery times begin after the verification of the client’s details and
the bank payment authorization by Bouscau Vintage.
Delivery takes place between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, working
days.
The deliver will make up to 2 delivery attempts and require a signature
for the consignment. We are presently unable to allocate a specific
delivery time-slot, and we therefore recommend asking a neighbor
to sign for the order or requesting delivery to your work if no-one
is likely to be available at your home address.
Your bottles travel first class:
All our spirits are dispatched in modern protective packaging which
protects each bottle from the rigors of transport. Our spirits are
insured during transport. Check parcels carefully upon arrival, and
do not hesitate to refuse them if they show the slightness sign of
breakage. Or, if in doubt, write a comment on your delivery note.

ALCOHOL
SPECIFIC REGULATIONS |

As
sales and delivery of alcohols are strictly forbidden in some countries,
Bouscau Vintage reserves the right to cancel the order in case of
such limitation. In this case, if the payment has been done, Bouscau
Vintage will reimburse the amount paid. |

PAYMENT |

PAYMENT
BY CREDIT CARD AND SECURITY
You may pay for an order by credit card. Credit card payment
can be made either on-line (via our SSL secure payment system),
or by fax or phone using one of the following credit cards: VISA
or MasterCard. We will debit your credit card before we acknowledge
your order. However, delivery of any products ordered from our
web site is subject to authorization of your credit card payment
by the bank payment centres.
A secure procedure for payment over the internet by credit card has
been put in place. This procedure is based upon the latest encryption
technology, the reference for secure payment.
How to order using a credit/debit card on the site?
At the time of payment, enter your card number, expiry date, and 3-digit security
code, these are immediately encrypted in your computer by the SSL protocol, before
being sent over the internet. Thus, no confidential information circulates on
the network without prior encryption.

CLAUSE
OF PROPERTY RESERVE
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment
for such products. However, risk of the products will pass to you upon delivery.

LACKING
OF PAYMENT
We keep the right to refuse a delivery or to take an order coming from a customer
who hasn’t partially or totally paid for a previous order or with whom Bouscau
Vintage has a payment dispute.

RETURNS
POLICY |
| |
|
As
stated in article L. 121-16 of the Consumer Code, France, you have
the right to return goods, at your own cost in good condition and
in the original packaging with the original bill, within seven days
(including the day of delivery), for exchange or refund to our sales
office: Bouscau Vintage, 38 rue de Richelieu, 75 001 Paris,
France.
In the case where you will directly return us the goods, you have to contact
Bouscau Vintage before the ship back by e-mail or post mail. In the case where
it is not done, Bouscau Vintage will be able to refuse the returned goods. |

AND DISPUTES |

case of dispute, Bouscau Vintage will first try to arrange an amicable
accord with the customer. If this is not possible, the closest justice
court from Bouscau Vintage head office is unique to judge the dispute.
The present terms of sale are subject to the French law. |

COPYRIGHTS |
| |
|
By
the law of the 11th of March 1957, all copying, even partial, from
the elements contained on www.bouscauvintage.com required first a
handwritten agreement from the SARL Bouscau Vintage.

MINORS
PROTECTION |

All sales of alcohol to minor under eighteen (18) years old are prohibited by the French law. The customer commits himself as well as the recipient in case of a gift, to be eighteen (18) years old when the order is achieved, this in accordance with the Public Health Code Book (art. L. 3342-1)." |
